On the B3276 from Padstow to St Merryn at a little hamlet west of Padstow, called Treator


Treator is a hamlet west of Padstow, Cornwall, England, UK. Also known as Traytor : 1600, 1728 was the home and birthplace of Sir Goldsworthy Gurney, (the forgotten Cornish Engineer)who was also a surgeon, chemist, lecturer, consultant, architect, builder and prototypical British gentleman scientist and inventor, of the Victorian era.
