Just a couple of miles north of Carnewas is Park Head. Here you’ll find a small National Trust car park and holiday accommodation. There are footpaths along which you can explore the secluded Porth Mear valley that joins the sea, as well as the fascinating coastline littered with Bronze Age barrows.
